The Glasgow Moulder’s Brad is a headless nail for use when the holding power of a cut nail is required but no head. It is used in timber-to-timber fixings and also to fix timber to aerated concrete block. The nail is a traditional nail in Scandinavia where the it usually receives a color finish to match the color of items being fixed. Also, can be used for castings if a smaller fastener is required. Glasgow Steel Nails were originally produced in Scotland until being purchased in 2013 by Tremont Nail Company. Please note that Glasgow Steel Nails are now sold by pound.
